Sleepy Boy

For those of you that didn't know, David has been sleeping in his car seat (and sleeping through the night at that) pretty much since birth. We figured if he would actually sleep all night...why shouldn't we. But then we (Nana) decided that it was time for David to become a "big boy" and sleep in an actual bed and not the car seat. So David has been working on sleeping in his bed in his room for the last few weeks. (And we are back to square one on sleeping through the night. Some nights we do, most we don't.)

We got him a wedge to sleep on since he liked the car seat so much (figured it was being elevated that he liked). But he's not really digging the wedge. Slides off of it and lately has ended up rolling over in the night. He sleeps in the strangest positions anyway. On his side, head thrown back, butt stuck out. As long as he sleeps I'm ok. Here's a pic of our "normal" sleeping pose.

So this morning Ryan goes in to check on David and this is what he found.

It was just to cute not to share! For the record, Ryan says he was laying on the glow worm and not kissing it (even though that's what the picture says).
